The Pearl is a 297-home apartment community across two buildings, taking shape at 555 South Peoria Avenue in Tulsa's Pearl District.
It sits directly across the street from Centennial Park, with views over the park and the downtown Tulsa skyline, minutes from downtown and within walking distance of neighboring shops and restaurants. Plans include a heated saltwater pool, a rooftop deck and sun porch, a resident clubhouse with a cyber café workspace, and a 24-hour fitness center.
Ground has been broken, and the building is expected to be complete in January 2028. Pre-leasing dates have not been set yet — this site will be updated as soon as they are.
Designed by Tim Homburg of NSPJ Architects. Managed by Capital Assets Inc., a Tulsa firm founded in 1979.
